The Alliance is a public-private platform co-led by the International Chamber of Commerce
(“ICC”) with its registered office at 33-43 avenue du Président Wilson, 75116 Paris, France, the World Economic Forum (“WEF”) with its registered office at Route de la Capite 91-93, 1223 Cologny, Switzerland and the Center for International Private Enterprise (“CIPE”) with its registered office at 1211 Connecticut Ave NW #700, Washington, DC 20036, USA. ICC, WEF and CIPE are autonomous legal entities. Any reference to the Alliance in these Terms of Use should be construed as a reference to each of ICC, WEF and CIPE.

 

2. Activities

The Alliance is making the Alliance Site available online in order to present the Alliance and its activities. The information provided is of a general nature and there is no guarantee that it will meet any specific need of any user.

 

3. Intellectual Property

www.tradefacilitation.org  and all elements composing such website (including but not limited to, registered trademarks, videos, text, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, images, sounds, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software) are protected under applicable intellectual property laws and are the property of or subject to rights of use, reproduction and representation of the Alliance and its partners and donors as the case may be.

The Alliance does not grant any rights other than the right to consult the Alliance Site for private and personal use to its Alliance Site users.

Except as otherwise set out in these Terms of Use, any use, reproduction, adaptation or representation in whole or in part of the Alliance Site is prohibited.

Requests for authorizations to use the Alliance Site shall be addressed to info@tradefacilitation.org. On an exceptional basis, the Alliance may expressly grant specific rights for a particular event, product or service for a limited time.

4. Linking to this website

The Alliance wholly encourages users to include hyperlinks to the Alliance Site and its pages to their own sites without having to ask prior permission under the following conditions:

  • These hyperlinks must not infringe the rights of the Alliance, partners or donors, in particular relating to all intellectual property rights;
  • These hyperlinks must not be used for the promotion of an organization or company, or of any commercial products or services;
  • If you link to the Alliance Site, you must not create frames or use other visual altering tools around the Alliance pages;
  • Direct links to PDF documents published or hosted on the Alliance Site are not permitted. Permission is only granted to link to the page presenting the document on the condition the Alliance URL appears clearly, as specified above;
