Program Director, Aurelio Garcia, and Senior Program Manager, Sousena Tefera visited Zambia to meet with representatives from Zambia Revenue Authority, the Customs Clearing Agent Associations, and the Technical Education Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training Authority.
The trip provided an opportunity to energise stakeholders working on the finalisation of the regulatory framework. Once this important step is completed, both trainings and examinations for clearing agents can begin.
